"Hotel was good, and we would definitely consider staying here again. It is located only 400m from the ski slopes, the cold buffet breakfast is decent, and the hotel is spotlessly clean - including the bathroom in our room which looked brand new. The only criticism would be that the beds weren't terribly comfortable - mattresses were hard and each bed only had had one very small pillow . "We had stayed at the sister hotel Christina next door before and enjoyed that but were looking for a better room which we found at hotel Pietro in the Panorama room which had amazing views from the balcony. Complimentary Prosecco for checking in online was a nice unexpected touch. Great outdoor pools, indoor pool nearly empty so I used that every day to earn calorie points to use later. Breakfast really nice and again with those amazing lake/mountain views. Staff very friendly and helpful. We will visit again."
