「Fueron muy amables, puesto que nos dieron un apartamento un poco más grande del que habíamos reservado. Apartamentos bien ubicados y con todo el mobiliario y menaje necesario. La caldera del agua caliente no funcionaba bien, daba fallos, el agua podia salir ardiendo o congelada, iba cambiando cada 2 minutos, así que eso fue lo más problemático de la estancia.」

「Had to put the heating on when I arrived as the room was very cold. The decor was very old, paint peeling and skirting loose. The washbasin was clean, hairs on it and the water from the tap was just a dribb. Having a shower was difficult as when you held the shower head up the water stopped altog. At the garage, the hotel advertised the price as €12 when it was actually €17. 」

「This is a nice nh hotel in Santander . The parking was convenient . It’s near a very good restaurant called “El Bonito “ which was recommended by our receptionist. The breakfast buffet was average and was not so good compared tot the other nh hotels though the service here is better . Since this is an nh collection and not an nh cuidad .. the amenities are not very good. I didn’t see a gym in the hotel . The lobby was nice but sparse . But what stands out is the service . I had a small statue of...
