"The staff was helpful and courteous, but we encountered some issues. We had a slow drain upon check in. A staff came in to pour some treatment down the drain, but it didn’t help too much. We asked for another bottle. Didn’t help either. We just decided to deal with it. The breakfast the first morning was not great - the sausage patties were so dry that they warped and couldn’t be poked through by a fork. The second morning was fine probably because there were a lot more guests. We had some very rude and inconsiderate neighbors the second night and we heard their loud talking and laughing which started around 9pm. I wanted to sleep early but thought to give them some time. We finally tapped on the wall gently after 10. It quieted down, only to have picked back up. We called the front desk and they said they’d call the room. No change. We waited for a while and tapped again. No change. By then the whole family was in bed and no one could sleep as it was so loud. We called again at 11:40. Next we could hear they got a call, but after a short pause, the noise level came back. We knew they didn’t care and wasn’t going to change. It was extremely frustrating, esp. we knew we had to be up early. The noise finally stopped minutes before midnight. We were all tired and groggy in the morning. The noise level/thin walls was an absolute dealbreaker for us. We will not be coming back."
