"The booking went through on Expedia for a same day, last minute booking. No information was available on the initial Expedia listing to illustrate what time reception closed. The booking was made after reception had closed. I called a number and told a man that I would be arriving late. He was reasonably helpful. He provided a pin code for the room. "They are using cheap internal doors as external doors which have been punched and kicked in making unsafe rooms. We told them it was unacceptable and were given the room next door. The rooms are dirty and need to be upgraded. We woke up covered in bug bites. would not recommend this property."
