"Broken toilet seat, dead bolt on entry door does not latch. Security latch on entry door was inoperable. Cable tv not working. TV was pulled away from wall mount and propped up on night stand unplugged. Hallway very dirty. No soap or shampoo. Sofa missing seat cushines. Dirty and unsafe. Over priced. Never again. "
