"I was really happy here. The location is great for walking to restaurants and shopping. It's near the 15th of November Plaza which is a beautiful place to sit, relax, people watch. The staff was nice and helpful. On the negative side; wi-fi was pretty bad and the television too BUT who comes to a beautiful city to sit in a hotel room."

"Entry into the property is not convenient and easy. Spent 15 minutes trying to figure out how to open the building door and another 10 to enter the apartment. The outside of the building has homeless people sleeping next to the entry door, and alot of late night vandalism outside the main entry to the building. I would not stay there again."
