"In a very good location, very easy to get to Central Station on the Tram. The staff were very friendly. However, the hotel itself is very dilapidated, also not very clean at all, I got covered in bites all over my arms and legs from bed bugs / fleas in the room, the whole hotel needs a DEEP clean and refresh."
"This is a very old hotel badly in need of updating. Our room had rusty fixtures in the bathroom, no real counter space and a towel rack so high, it was unusable. There was a coffee pot and cups, but no plug on that wall to use it even if coffee had been available. The room as very small and difficult to get around the bed from the window side. There is no elevator and very tiny stairs. We were provided with help with the luggage up and down those stairs at least. I would not recommend this even...
