The only parking is on the street and we were worried about our vehicles during our stay. The owner has multiple cameras around the property and made it clear that they were watching us during our stay. Checkout time was at 10:00am and someone was waiting at 10:01 to make sure we were out of the house. The owner required a picture of my credit card and ID for the deposit. I thought...

"PROS: We really enjoyed our stay. Great communication and direction from the host. Property was easy to access and centrally located. CONS: The property had beautiful listing pictures, but the quality of the furniture was not very good. The beds were a little wobbly and some were squeaky. Also, the chairs in the living room felt like they were going to break when you sat on them. The baseboards and air vents were dirty and dusty. The rest of the house was very clean. "

"Quiet. Easy to access San Antonio attractions. Clean. All supplies provided except dish towels (required to wash dishes and put them in exact spot we found them). Comfortable bed. Answers to a text query came quickly. Shower head leaked when in use. The front door needs to be fixed so that it can be locked. (We tried many positions of the door and if the door was pushed, it would open). The carport would comfortably fit a midsized vehicle at best."

"Even though the neighborhood is a little sketchy, this cute home served its purpose for myself and my children. We were in town for the state basketball tournament and were able to save over $30 in parking fees since it was close enough to walk. It has a rustic charm to it. It had plenty of towels and sleeping space. I had no problem whipping up breakfast for my family. I'm glad they had a washer and dryer, too. The only complaint would be the time it took for the shower water to warm up. There...

"Had to wash a guest bedroom pillow cover that appeared tonhave blood on it. Also many broken blinds in master bedroom, couldnt sleep after sunrise. Noisy neigbors at night bumping their bass and rooster in neigbors yard wakes you up in combination with sunlight."

"The worst experience in my life! The day of check in there was no instructions on how to check in. No contact number, no return text msg. I am out $ bcz it was prepaid as a requirement to stay in vacation home. Than I had to pay another $ just so hotels com could put us up in a hotel room. Hotels com did make it right but the fact that they made me pay another $ was crazy after they made me prepay. "
