「Nice place. We got a free update during our first night and also stayed in a standard room the second night. Rooms are comfortable, the breakfast is nice, and the staff is very helpful. 「The hotel front desk staff, Aleksandra, was very friendly and helpful. She kindly assisted us by contacting the Serbian consulate to seek support regarding visa matters, which was a tremendous help to us. Her warm and enthusiastic attitude left a very deep impression on us.」

「员工服务非常的好，一定程度上弥补了设施的不足。希望把一层的台阶改为坡道，方便行李箱进出。」
