I made a reservation for 3 in a double room (two queen beds) & somehow they told me it was a double room only for two & i had to pay an extra Q150 (about $20 extra) other than that room was clean and comfortable

We have been in this hotel in the past. It used to be a much better hotel. However, housekeeping has not being maintained over the years. That is why now the rooms doesn’t smell good, the pool is cloudy and some other deteriorations. However, the staff is very nice and helpful! Gamaliel at front desk always greets you with a smile. The service at breakfast was very good!

Nothing is good in this hotel. The service was great but the hotel was unsafe and unhealthy. It has a lot of safety issues. The first room they gave us has a bad moldy smell, we told the only one guy working in the front desk hotel about it. He sprayed air freshener and we better requested to move to another room witch it was same. I do not recommend to no one this over priced and very unsafe hotel.

Absolutely upset about the property claiming to have WiFi ! NOT TRUE! Three days in a row at this Ramada, not an answer about it! If WiFi is not ESSENTIAL in your life, no big deal! The thing I didn’t like was that I was give a wrong room. I reserved a king bed and they gave me a room with two small beds. And I had to go ask them to change this

Good size pools (they have two) very clean pools and around, overall the hotel is very pleasant for the working class family in the usa, I am writing this way because as long the people don't ask more for the right room price . I really recommend this hotel.

I like friendly staff, the location was perfect but disappointment came when the room does not count with a mini fridge and there is not an single ice machine in the property and when you ask for some in the front desk the don't have none too.

The hotel has a very nice view but the rooms are to small. The restrooms don’t have space to put your things and the water comes out very little. The shower it’s not strong either, water it’s very little too.
