Nice building but the room that we got was dirty. Mold in between the tiles in the shower. Stained comforter and sheets. Dust over wardrobe and under the bed. Recommend to improve overall cleanliness.

We had a terrible experience at the property, we were asked by the staff to be in two different rooms on two days so we had to waste time packing our suitcases each day. Our suitcases were moved to an open room which didn't have air-conditioning and despite our complaints and requests no resolution was provided. Worst experience and ruined our Florence vacation.

The centre of town is walkable in 15 mins and the bus and train stations are a 10 mins walk away. The decor and shower are slightly outdated, but the property is clean.
The BIG problem came when we were given the wrong information (incorrect entry code) to the front door. It was VERY late at night and we were standing outside the property for at least 45 mins trying to get in touch with someone to help us. In the end it wasn't even the person in charge of the hotel who helped, but the bookings manager. We never received an apology.
