A spacious two bedroom apartment in a great and convenient location. Right on the river, with a beautiful view and within walking distance of just about everything you’d want. 3 min walk to the supermarket and less than a 5 min walk to the ponte vecchio. The apartment was incredibly clean and family apartments were amazing communicators leading up to our arrival and during our stay. Family Apartments made our stay even more enjoyable, making a Florence one of the best experiences we have had so far on our trip.

Family apartments treat you like family. The apt was big and everything worked nicely. It was clean with helpful signs for appliances. The staff are the nicest people you’ll ever meet. I have about a dozen emails from them asking if we needed help with any arrangements, tickets or just advice for Florence. Simply wonderful.

Location was great, apartment nice and big. Very minor items need attention (only one half of toaster worked and shower kept going cold, oh and plug needed for kitchen sink, and didn’t work in bathroom.) None of this stopped us enjoying our holiday, just to let owner know to rectify.

The apartment was very spacious and in a great location..the only priblem we had was using the washer / dryer...its all in one unit and not what we were used to.. but very glad to be able to wash clothes 1/2 way thru our trip. The apartment was just a short qalk to almost everything...would recomed it

We are total of 8 guests and we are all comfortable and enjoed staying in this apartment. All bedroom's and bathrooms are all nice and clean. Service is great. Closed to Uffizi Gallery, Pitti Palace and Boboli garden etc. Closed to stores and restaurants. I highly recommend this place. No doubt we will come back here when we visit Florence again. .

Great location. We needed a late check in, which was easily and happily accommodated. The apartment is beautiful, and the location is ideal. Never met the hosts, but they made it hassle-free from start to finish.

We arrived at 2pm for the 2pm check in time. We were told the previous guests left late and the apartment would be ready in one hour. We came back 1.5 hours later at 3:30pm and the apartment had not been cleaned yet. We sat in the room while the cleaning crew cleaned the apartment for over an hour. This did not fit with our itinerary and was disappointing.

Great accommodation - great price
Wonderful location with a beautiful view of the Ponte Vecchio, Arno, and the historical center. Apartment was spacious, clean, well stocked and close to all the sights. Staff were very helpful before and during the trip. It was our family’s favorite accommodation on our trip. Would definitely return!

We loved it. It is in the perfect spot. Bellman was super nice. Very big Downside: showers had issues and while it did have washer and dryer it ran for 3 hours before it would stop

Unsafe, smoker rooms.
We tried checking in right before 8 pm. No one was there. They were almost impossible to get a hold of and threatened to charge us extra for checking in “too late”. When we finally did get in the room reeked of cigarette smoke. Our youngest has severe asthma so this was impossible. We attempted to explain this to them but they told us that was our problem. Finally, after 45 min a woman who lives on the property (they told us no one could help us). Came to show us another room. That room also smelled of cigarette smoke. The entire ordeal lasted over 2.5 hours and ended up with us leaving after they became belligerent and threatening. Between the asthma and feeling unsafe we left. They and hotels.com refuse to refund our money despite the inaccuracies of this property.

Best place to stay in Florence!
Family apartments were amazing! Hands down the best place we stayed on our Europe vacation. You are right on the river, directly across from the Uffizi Gallery, and just a 5 minute walk to cross the Ponte Vecchio. Pure pure magic. The apartment was very very spacious, clean and well maintained.

Much bigger than I was expecting. Beautiful with full apartment benefits and near the large attractions but far from the crowds. Down side is the wood ceiling is basically a loud speaker for the people above you. Kids running will echo all over.

Fabulous stay! We really enjoyed this apartment! Beautiful design and decor, lovely kitchen with all supplies needed, friendly staff at check-in, lovely view of river, very close to sites, restaurants, and grocery store, and very clean. Also stocked with some toys that my children really enjoyed to make it feel more like home.

Location was great as was the property itself - bathroom and kitchen were dated but all in all a lovely spacious place. Walls are thin though so forget a lie-in if you don’t want to be disturbed by noisy neighbours. I was woken up every morning at 6am by people staying above us.

I would highly recommend! Our family of 5 stayed here for a week during winter holidays of 2018. It was an excellent location - easy walking distance to everything and incredible views over the Arno River. The apartment was very nice, clean, modern, and inviting. We ended up cooking a fair bit and we found the kitchen perfect. Absolutely loved this place.

Great location
Our stay at Family Apartment was wonderful. The apartment is clean and most importantly it’s close to Ponte Vecchio. Everything you need is walking distance such as restaurants, shopping, museums, and supermarket. Our receptionist is also wonderful.

Very comfortable apartment overlooking Arno.
Short taxi ride from train station. FYI we were charged per bag we put in boot - including a handbag. The apartment is extremely well located near the Ponte Veccio and the Uffizi can be seen from the apartment. Lovely restaurants nearby.

Amazing Place to Stay
We are a family four and the apartment was perfect. Location is on the river one block from Ponte Vecchio and across from the Uffizi. Half a story above ground so elevator not needed and only a few steps to walk up. Apartment was VERY spacious, clean, new. Special perks were the washing machine, kettle for morning coffee, smart tv, large bathroom with plenty of counter space. This is a one bedroom with a pullout sofa in living room for the kids. Would definitely stay here again.
