「sejour en demi teinte ,appartement bien place en centre ville.par contre pas de chauffage ,il a fait froid et humide . on n'avais pas wifi non plus. si on rajoute l'impossibilité de joindre des responsables pour reglé les problemes.plusieur numero on été testé et des messages ont été laissé sur la messagerie,sans resultats」

「The communication on checking in was an absolute nightmare. It took us over 2 hrs to eventually speak to someone after calling, emailing and txting the no. Provided. Having my 2 small children with me and finally getting into our room at 10.30pm was very stressful.」

「DO NOT STAY HERE!! I checked into The Residency Rooms Liverpool and was met with a terrible smell coming from the toilet, making the room unfit for habitation. I reported this immediately to Expedia, but the hotel was unresponsive and not answering calls from expedia. While Expedia eventually refunded the unused nights, the whole process was extremely stressful, and this property should not be listed on their site without proper checks. Very disappointed and would not recommend.」

「Bang in the centre of liverpool, dispite that,wasnt that noisy, place was clean, access was seamless, shower wasnt the best, but the room was spot on」

「The hotel itself is very run down and doesn't look like the pictures at all. The bedding, pillows, couch and floors were all dirty. There was a horrible smell that lingered for days. Had to keep the windows open and bought spray and cleaning supplies. However the location was very central and the price was right. That was the selling point」
