"The property gardens are stunning. The food, even if they did not have a vast selection, was amazing. The rooms could use a renovation. Nothing was broken or anything, but you could see the wear and tear on the furniture."

"Stayed for 4 nights at end of 3 week stay visiting nearby family. The resort, rooms and restaurants are all very good and we had a lovely relaxing stay. Wonderful place with poor service
"It was amazing, beautiful and wonderful to visit Sugar Beach. Most of the staff is very friendly, but some of the staff less. The negative about the place is the service at Le Patio and Buddha Bar Beach. It was truly horrendous. Waiters will sometime bring the menu and just forgot about is."

"The accommodations were wonderful. Ocean view room. Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Service was great. Food selection at buffet breakfast and dinner was extensive. Very good. Adult pool beautiful and quiet. Beach was not white sandy as we expected. Water shoes needed in ocean."
