"The hotel staff was so great, friendliest and polite. The room was pretty good, did what we needed. "

"The room was barely clean. They did not have any hand soap in the bathroom. We went down to the desk and asked for some we were told they were out, and that was it. The pool is indefinitely closed... There is no continental breakfast, there was coffee made, and it wasn’t terrible, but there wasn’t any creamer just sugar. Air conditioning- it wasn’t miserably hot, but everyone else was. That room just would not cool down and the unit was so loud and clunky. I'm not sure what was wrong with the refrigerator, but everything we put in it (lunch meat, and a couple snacks) was soaking wet the next morning. We needed a pet friendly room to sleep in for one night. It did its job."

"The front desk was kind enough to get me a refund when I couldn’t stand the smoking room that was accidentally booked for me…he tried to find me a nonsmoking room….but there is absolutely nothing good about the rooms. Just save yourself the effort. Don’t go here!"

"Great staff. The shower door leaked and the light blocking shade would only go up halfway making the room dark. "

"This is our go to hotel when we visit Red River Gorge. And one of the only hotels with a pool in the red River gorge area!! This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this hotel and have been over pleased both times. It is clean and the staff is friendly. The heated indoor pool is the best feature here, the whole family loves it. The hot tub isn’t as hot as I would like it to be but still nice. The rooms have a mini fridge and microwave which is always nice. I highly recommend this hotel. "

"Staff was wonderful breakfast was decent. The shower creaked and cracked made you feel like you were going to fall through. Hampton always have comfy beds but these were not. We were there 3 days and were only there at night to sleep my back has been hurting so bad. The property itself looked to be very nice. Just a few issues."
