"Bathroom floor was dirty in multiple locations, hadn't been swept. The tub also had this black liquid leaking out the top drain so we didn't use it. Room stunk of cigarettes even though the hotel is supposed to be smoke free, potentially from the people smoking infront of the hotel entrance and it seeping in but if that's the case keep windows clean or freshen the room at the very least. Tried to call front desk to change room but no one ever picked up."

"The room had great AC. Front desk person very nice although check in process was prolonged. We arrived rather late around 10 pm and front desk said they had to check if the room was clean which seemed odd. The carpets were stained inside the room and out which was unappealing."
