Hotel Maxwell Anderson
10/10 Excellent
"This hotel has old time charm with an updated image and decor. Centrally located in Glenwood Springs, it was close to everything and just a walk over the bridge to the hot springs. The rooms were small, and it was hard to find a place to hang or place clothing items, and we ended up just leaving everything in our suitcases. Besides that, it was a great place to stay and I would recommend it."

"Nice place. Most restaurants are across the bridge, which is a little bit of a hike, but not bad. The breakfast at the hotel was mediocre and it took a very long time to get the food. Not worth the cost or the time. Other than that everything was great"

"Old school mom and pop motel. Very clean (a little less bleach might be called for). Really well kept older place. Still using actual keys. Nice people. I’d stay here again."

"everything was great, the only thing that bugged us was the fact that the washing machines said it was 1.50 per load, yet it charged us 8.00 every time, and you always had to use a credit card, you really should be able to use quarters. Also the ice machines hardly ever had ice, there was only 2 in the entire facility, you really need more then 2 for that size complex, there should be 1 in every buidling"

"For the price and the view outside this hotel, I think you get a good deal. My biggest gripe is there isn’t enough hangers in the room considering they are so close to the hot springs."
