"Where to even start! I booked through Expedia and prepaid. I followed the directions to “check-in” via the app from Super 8. Made the time to take pictures of this and that before hitting the road, I’m told that because I did all of that I will just pick my keys up and get to bed! WRONG. I arrive to find a less than competent clerk at the front desk. She is rude, callous, lacks empathy and would be best suited for a position that doesn’t require face to face contact with customers. I spent OVER AN HOUR outside the hotel because they would not let me check in despite the fact that I had prepaid through Expedia. They left me to sit for well over an hour with my SEVEN year old and service dog. I won’t even go into how the clerk violated ADA when I made known I was traveling with my service dog. Not to mention, the way she smirked at me throughout the entire ordeal as she PROMISED she was not charging my card (but it was declining because I had it disabled) for the amount of the room??!?!?
The grounds are ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. Trash absolutely everywhere. I was scared to walk my service dog in the grassy areas because of the amount of trash covering everything. The grout in the showers had mold, the hallway carpet smells like urine in the hallway by the back door, it’s not hard to steam clean carpets. "
