I had trouble getting in because I was not familiar with European locks and the staff who assisted me was incredibly impatient and rude, though he did go to the extent of FaceTiming me and making sure I could get in. There were no check-out instructions and the office hours on the weekend are very short. I was worried I may have checked-out incorrectly and would have to go...

"Imlauer Pitter is a beautiful, well maintained hotel with very friendly staff. The room was immaculate and spotless. The breakfast was excellent. The location is perfect for the Sound of Music tours, mozart concert at Mirabell palace and a twenty minute walk from the fortress. There are many restaurants in the vicinity and many more within a fifteen minute walk. I highly recommend this and would stay here again. One suggestion for improvement would be to add a sink to the toilet which is separate from the bathroom."

Some places have minimal staff which can be frustrating checking in/out, asking questions, etc. They were well staffed. Shout out to Julia. She went above and beyond to help me with a few things. She took initiative, was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. She’s an asset to the hotel for sure!"
