「Wonderful place but instructions for shuttle were unclear」

「The apartment is very nice, quiet, close to the sea, with nice comfortable bed(s) and two conditioners that are really effective against the hot Italian weather. There were a bunch of things that the owner could have done better: first of all the owner is not a person but a company. That is OK if communication is prompt but we had unfortunately very slow response time (in days) when asking about the broken bidet (which is not a big problem abut remained broken for the whole stay). 「Nice new and clean place close to the airport but checking in was terrible, we arrived tired after long hours driving from Amalfi in hot weather to find the front door locked and no message on Whatap, we had to wait an hour until some one opened it, but internal door was locked, I had to call the host many times in order to receive info on how to enter. The AC Temp is fixed at 26 degree centigrade in the room, we had to wait more than couple hours for the room to cool」

「This isn’t a bad place but not really worth the money. Host can be pushy to want to up charge for silly stuff and property needs updates and love. Parking isn’t easy at all. I’d say your better at hotel cause here they don’t offer any room service and again property management sucks. 」
