front desk friendly and helpful. Room spotless. Two shades with pull chains--one worked, other chain appeared to be stuck. Also, water out of tap high pressure--I'll bet your water usage is much higher than other hotels.

Our room and the hotel was clean and customer service was excellent. We especially loved the pool area for my two kids (ages 4 and 10) and loved that it had a shallow play area.
