「No iron in room.... have to request. Notice outside facility access did not require a card. Unsecured each time I came through.」

「There is no on-site location to check in. You must call the listed phone number to check in. The responding person was helpful and made the process quick and seamless. The room itself was clean and spacious. I have two critiques, though. 1. Temperature control didn’t work, which we discovered when we tried to turn the air conditioning on 2. The curtains are not blackout curtains and let in light. When the sun rises at 5 AM, the room becomes light, too.」

「Wasn't much to like we booked 2 nights only stayed for 1 as we decided to drive the 3 hours home then try and slerp in the room again. Room was musty smelling and hadn't been dusted in a very long time. Beds were uncomfortable, dirt or something in the pool and and hot tub that didn't work. The continental breakfast was the highlight and that was average at best. Had other family coming to the area and told them we wouldn't recommend staying there」
