「Proper traditional English hotel! Centre of Hartlepool. Reception staff very friendly as were cleaning staff I met. Quiet despite location and easy walking distance to transport networks.」

「As a single female working away from home I felt most looked after and safe. I also had the best sleeps ever, all warm and toastie. They have a calvery through the week which was great.」

「In close proximity to many interesting sites and places. Close to the sea front. The hotel just gets the simple things that many other hotels surprisingly don't. These include having a dining area to eat and having drawers to put your clothes (instead of on the floor like I had to in the last 3 hotels I stayed in. Reasonably priced and definitely value for money.」
