「The room was spacious and the bed was large and comfortable. The hotel location was also very convenient.
However, the housekeeping could be improved. I only found out that the body wash had run out when I was taking a shower. 「What a terrible location this hotel is in. The entrance of the hotel faces on to a warehouse area. Awful!! The rooms were unbearably hot with no aircon available. The staff were kind and helpful and delivered a fan to our room but this did not help. The shower area has absolutely no privacy and looks directly onto the bed area. The TV was not working either.」
