「Absolutely lovely. Staff isn’t onsite but extremely responsive and helpful via text or phone. The hotel is beautiful as was our room (kind standard). Short walk to town (~8 minutes) and beautiful neighborhood.
Housekeeping daily.
My only issue was getting a little chilly and not being able to get the heat to work. The staff brought an extra blanket, which solved that.
My husband and I loved our stay and would absolutely book again.」
「What a prime location! Short walk from Steamship Authority. Room was exceptionally clean and a very lovely shower. Restaurants and bars within walking distance with special mention of the onsite restaurant Via Mare. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Elevator if needed. Quiet for being the center of town. A must stay. We’ll return.」
「Everything was even better than we'd hoped. The cottage was absolutely beautiful and extremely clean, and we couldn't have been in a better location! The view of the harbor, proximity to shopping and dining, and ease of check-in/out made for the perfect vacation. The bed was super comfy and the kitchen was outfitted with everything you could need. I highly recommend this beautiful property for your stay on Nantucket!」

「TV did not work, light bulb on night stand did not work, breakfast poor; mostly bread. No yogurt, no eggs of any kind, no fruit, no decaff. Staff invisible.」
「Clean and very centrally located property. Room was small, but comfortable. It was nice to be able to walk all to town and the buses were great. Breakfast was like not sure why they bothered, wasn’t much of anything, but lots of places nearby to eat. Stayed three nights, had a fun time in Nantucket.」
「We were able to secure 2 complimentary bikes for the day- they were quite run down and the chains came off each bike multiple times over every bump in the road. We made it about 20 minutes before we turned around and headed back. We were pretty disappointed since we had looked forward to this particular amenity for touring Nantucket.」
「This hotel is so quaint and in the loveliest area of Nantucket with so much natural beauty.
We stayed in the main part of the inn (we booked late so not many room choices). Room was small but well done. Turndown service with cookies every evening. Gorgeous porch, lawn and dock area. Loved every minute.」
