「Very clean with friendly staff. Convenient to Blue Spring park which was the reason for staying. Only 10 minutes from park. Breakfast choices are OK but nothing too exiting. Excellent coffee to start the day. The only stain was the wait for staff member to occupy both toasters while making breakfast for other 4 members of the staff and me as a guest had to wait while she was putting around. Very unprofessional if you ask me. Especially if you are trying to have a breakfast and get on the road....

The room was never properly cleaned during our visit, which was very upsetting. In addition, I checked out early on Sunday rather than Monday, but I did not receive any confirmation of my early checkout.

「The Ann Stevens House was a short stay. We went to the Daytona 500 about 26 miles away. It was quaint with antiques placed in our 2nd story room. The mattress was rather hard, but not horrible. There was of plenty of parking and the room was very clean.
The host is very nice and accommodating.
My only negative comment is that the stairs, that looked rather new, were rough cut, unsanded and unfinished. My husband got a pretty large splinter from the banister. 」

「Not very clean. The first room we had, was dirty, mold in the shower toothpaste on the sink, curly hair in the sink, electric wires hanging from the ceiling. Had to go to the front desk. They changed our room. But mold in the shower, gritty dirt on the floors. I cleaned the room. Scrubbed the shower. Our stay was 7 days our bed was not changed.」
