"Really nice hotel, away from the craziness of the downtown area. My only complaint is that the walls are paper thin and you can hear every single movement from above. We were given a room away from the main building where there is a second level, even though I know some of the rooms closer were empty and did not have a floor above. You can hear walking, rolling of suitcases and housekeeping carts so bad. Other than that, it was a nice property."

"We had such a great stay at The Barnacle Inn last weekend! Suzie & her team have been so helpful & welcoming. We loved our 2 bedroom w/ jack & jill bathroom & found the twin & 2 king sized beds so incredibly comfortable for our group of 5 girlfriends (I personally loved the soft & cozy bedding)! We also enjoyed that it is just a 2 min walk from main street & right next to Ships Inn, which was our favorite dinner of the trip! We also loved coming back to fresh baked cookies that were the perfect chewy & crunchy texture as well as waking up to a delicious breakfast! We can’t forget NayNay who is the sweetest doggo! We are so happy Suzie got a nice picture of us with NayNay in front of the beautiful property before we left! Definitely recommend The Barnacle Inn to anyone wanting a more homey & personal experience!"

"Absolutely lovely. Staff isn’t onsite but extremely responsive and helpful via text or phone. The hotel is beautiful as was our room (kind standard). Short walk to town (~8 minutes) and beautiful neighborhood. Housekeeping daily. My only issue was getting a little chilly and not being able to get the heat to work. The staff brought an extra blanket, which solved that. My husband and I loved our stay and would absolutely book again."

"Great boutique hotel with a B&B feel to it. Clean and modern with nice amenities. Bed was super comfortable. The kitchen is open and there is a common area / library where you can hang out, read a magazine and mingle with other guests. Location is perfect, about a block from shops and restaurants. The breakfast was great, and the “happy hour” was clever (BYO alcohol, but cool assortment of mixers and cookies). Lovely short stay for us. Would highly recommend."
