「They do not have anyone bring towels or clean rooms except every three days. Pool is so warm and strong with chemicals its not enjoyable. Breakfast was great, different each day and options. Required rooms close with family staying months before coming and had us on separate floors. I will be looking at other options for our next trip.」

「After my son and daughter n law and daughter drove 3 hours with 2 kids for a doctor appointment for the worker to refuse to give my daughter the keys or to even look up at us」

「The breakfast was alright. No fresh fruit was available. They didn’t monitor the coffee containers. Both were empty when I got there. Had to ask them to make more coffee. They had to move us 2 times due to problems with our rooms. Finally got us a room that we could actually use. Also the yard and landscaping hadn’t been done in a very long time. Weeds were 3 feet tall. The place looked abandoned!」

「Very expensive for a cheaply constructed hotel. Thin walls, manufactured building feel throughout (floors were echoey and did not feel well constructed, we could hear the TV from everyone’s rooms just walking down the halls) and was over $140 per night on Expedia. Went down for the free breakfast and there was hardly anything left. No soap shelves in the shower (they had been pulled off or fell off and there were markings on the shower wall from where they had been). Had to put our soap and...
