"We had a wonderful stay. The outside of the buildings are ready for some updating but inside the room was clean and comfortable. 3rd floor still had carpets but you could tell they are cleaned regularly. The owners are doing a nice job with the upgrades. The family enjoyed our San Diego stay and the room made it all that much better. There’s an attached restaurant that is not the same prices as the menu you are given when you check into your room!! The food from the menu comes from a different source independent from the restaurant. Restaurant was clean and had reasonable prices. The hotel is next to I-8 in the hotel circle. It’s only noisy outside but in our room it is not noisy."

"It’s right on the bay, next to Sea World, Mission Beach, and Mission Bay. The property looks beautiful, especially the lighting at night. "

"Stayed here on a couples getaway. Our room location was better than expected. We had the top floor with a view of the bay. The room was clean and needed a little work but overall it was nice. "
