My room at the top floor, airconditioning is very poor, after complaining provided additional fans ,no clean up the room for one day, but the housekeeping said they forgot to clean, The billing system is poor, room guest for Breadfast or dinner usually will claim at the room bill, but they charge to my deposit credit card immediately, but the final bill found double charging. Very disappointed the experience on this Hotel, only the swimming pool is a good value on my stay, but the rest of thing is poor management

I wouldn’t stay here again. They shouldn’t open until construction is complete. I could hear them working in my room. That wasn’t a deal breaker for me. Room had a smell to it. Carpet was dirty. The AC was so loud I couldn’t sleep. The room is very small. There are a lot of tv watching options.

"This is a one star hotel. The people were very nice but the hotel was a mess. There was no warm water, the bathroom floor did not drain. The room I paid for in the photo was twice the price of what I got. There was a much nicer hotel across the street for the same price, so I recommend staying there ..."

"First off you need to be an adventurous traveler. You must have an SUV or 4x4 or you will never get there. You will find yourself in a remote area in the beautiful Alps of Albania. The visual experience is spectacular. This is a great experience that only a few will appreciate. Once you finally arrive ..."
