"We were on 3rd floor and there was a lot of clomping around happening above us all evening. It did stop at some point. Not sure if there is a workout room or something else on 4th floor, but it didn’t sound like normal movement around a carpeted hotel room. Otherwise everything was perfectly fine. "

"The hotel is well maintained. We had a very pleasant stay in a spacious, well furnished suite with all the amenities. The only drawback was a loud HVAC system, whenever it was running. Otherwise, everything was perfect. We'll definitely stay again!"

"A short drive from Collegetown and the main Cornell Campus, this hotel is a fine stay for families visiting Ithaca. The breakfast is limited to eggs and a rotating selection of meats, as well as the usual waffle and cereal stations, but there is a grocery store and gas station within walking distance for those that would prefer more options. The rooms are comfortable and quiet, staff were polite and helpful, and there is a large parking lot available. I would gladly stay here again."
