「Had a lovely weekend here. This hotel was perfect. Nice and quiet but lively enough to provide a pleasant ambiance without ever being noisy or overbearing. Staff throughout were lovely and the food is very good. Would highly recommend if you are looking for somewhere to get away and relax.」

「Very good hotel within 5 minutes walk of the centre of Harrogate. Rooms were a good size and very clean. Staff were friendly and efficient. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel but the main menu looked really good and the bar area was large and inviting. There is also an outdoor bar area at the rear of the hotel which was lovely. 「The room was clean, with a few small rubbish from previous guest. The room itself is quite dated, but that is the nature of the building. The staff were excellent, very welcoming and cheerful. They deserve great praise. Wifi was reliable. The breakfast was tasty and a classic full English breakfast. Coffee machines provided tasty coffee too.」

「For a nights stay in Harrogate this hotel was okay but nothing special. We had to change room as the heat was unbearable in the feature room we booked. Facilities were not great just plain」

「The hotel is in a great location and we enjoyed our stay. The only thing that left a mark was the bed, it was quite uncomfortable because it was not a double bed but one that was made up for two out of a single and what seemed to be a sort of pull out bed. That was the only minor thing during what was otherwise a lovely stay!! We did highlight to staff and hopefully they will upgrade the bed. Thank you to the staff who were brilliant !!!」
