「Honestly one of the best hotel breakfasts I have seen. Excellent area with green spaces and paved walks. A number of dining options within easy walk as well as grocery and pharmacy. Beds and linens are excellent; staff friendly and helpful; rooms are well laid out with kitchenettes. Enjoyed our 2 night stay - would gladly have stayed longer!」

「This is a great place to stay overnight or for several days! The rooms are nicely designed, and the fireplace in the lobby is a nice touch when thinking ahead to fall/winter. The highlight of the property is the multiple fire pits and seating areas down along the river. It was beautiful down there, and spending the evening along the river was exactly what I had hoped for. I will be staying again! 」

「Historic architecture and atmosphere combined with modern amenities. Beautifully preserved. Lovely views of Lake Champlain. Welcoming atmosphere with respect to guests privacy. Will definitely come back and highly recommend. The most comfortable bed in the Oscar Wilde Room, had best two nights sleep ever!」

「A fun discovery! We usually stay at a different hotel on Dorset strett. We gave Green Mountain Suites a try, and I'm glad I found it. It's typically out of our price range, but we got a decent deal. The decor feels like Vermont, which we really enjoyed. The gas fireplace in the room was a treat as well. If you can get a deal, it's worth a try.」

「We really enjoyed our stay here. Very quiet and clean with sweet & helpful staff members. Only complaint is that the bedrooms get a little warm as the AC is just in the living room and not in the bedrooms. Overall great stay! 」
