"A most charming place to stay nestled in the hills of the Massif Central, this was formerly the village school house and retains many original features. Dinner was provided by the hosts and was particularly well received. Breakfast was basic but no less delicious for that."

Catherine was so friendly & helpful & even booked us dinner at a local restaurant which was delicious & amazing value. "This place shouldn't really be classified as a hotel, it's old and decrepit, the reception when we arrived was inaccessible, we weren't given any information by email on how to access it and the lady who eventually opened the door only spoke French so we interpreted various codes to access the lift, the front door and the room.
