「Eine tolle Unterkunft, sehr empfehlenswert. Ein schönes Zimmer, alles sauber und ordentlich. Das Bad und WC einwandfrei. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Morgens wird schönes Frühstück angeboten. Fahrräder stehen zur Verfügung.」

「Location is excellent. Close to the church restaurants ferry etc. Youth hostel next door is great for burgers and billiards. But hotel staff other than moreen and Natalia are bad at customer service. Victoria was still bad till smoke busy and not serving guest. Hotel staff needs CS service and English training 」

「It’s a cute older/rustic property, located in a historic area. The Staff was very friendly, but because it doesn’t have window screens, our room was filled with mosquitoes, and our bed had dead mosquitoes on top of the cover. It looked like they had just recently sprayed. 」

「Tivemos uma excelente estadia, ótima localização, ambiente tranquilo e acolhedor. O quarto é um pouco pequeno para 4 pessoas, mas como só precisávamos de um local para tomar banho e dormir foi um ótimo custo x benefício. Soledad foi super atenciosa. Com certeza voltaremos a nos hospedar lá se retornarmos a Colonia.」

「Wir hatten Zimmer 11 im neueren Teil -- sehr schön und modern gemacht, eine ausgezeichnete Ergänzung zum "alten" Teil des Hotes. Einzig die Klima-Anlage des Nachbarzimmers war zu laut, braucht eine Reparatur .....」

「Room was ok. The TV and the safe box were not working. Breakfast is limited, not healthy, and mostly sugary. The pastries are poorly made. There's no restaurant service during the day, and no bar either. The place is quiet and relaxing, but it can get a bit boring.」
