"The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable with beautiful views. The breakfast was charged extra and there was plenty of cereal, bread, cheese, meats, fruits and yoghurts etc. It is over 4 km from Carcassone and buses are infrequent but there is plenty of parking if you take a car. We had a fabulous stay."

"The hotel is chasing, as in old charm. But beyond the charm, a reality come with it. It would need a lot of renovation, espacially with the bathroom. The shower in my room was a prefab shower module from the 80's. Completely run down, almost unusable, potentially dangerous as you could easily slide and fall in it. It may not be the case for all the rooms, but make sure to ask if the bathroom as been renovated! The staff was nice, and apolegatic about it. The owners need to do something about it....

"We had booked a one night stay for the property's proximity to Carcassone airport. The room was lovely with kettle, teabags and fridge. If we had arrived at @ 4-5pm we would have enjoyed a relaxed walk around the Domaine and felt confident about driving back to Carcassone (30 mins) for an evening meal as we were told that there are no restaurants in any of the nearer villages. Unfortunately we were delayed and although we had phoned ahead to say that we wouldn't be arriving until 19.30 when we...
