"The hotel is a great fit for business travelers and the cruise ship crowd. Very clean (attention to detail was big). Very good breakfast. It might be a bit fancy for leisure travelers. The gym is small and it is hard to lift weights because of lack of space. The big downside was the cost of laundry. We thought the price was in local currency and not USD. Paying $253 for what was 2 loads of laundry was the absolute most we've ever paid. (I've paid about $50 in the US for the same size and less in a lot of other countries). "

"Refrigerator did not have a freezer compartment for my icepacks. So took it to the reception to place it in their freezer. On the day of checkout found out that the icepacks were left in the refrigerator compartment and told me that they didn't have a freezer. No food, snacks or drinks were allowed to be taken to your room for a person with diabetes to snack on when their sugar gets low"

"Well, I arrived late and the one who received me was a little angry, and the hotel only in my opinion would need a little more maintenance work, but anyway I put 5 stars because the experience was not so bad and breakfast is so good."

"Fabulous stuff, especially the front desk and Danny at the bar. No request was too little. Always done with a smile on their face and always willing to place. The rooms were absolutely phenomenal and the views were great. It’s close to everything."

"I absolutely loved this hotel! The location was great and most importantly, the staff was wonderful. I want to mention Alvaro who was the front desk manager who was incredibly kind and helpful. He even traveled with me to the bus station to make sure that I found the correct bus to my next destination. I am incredibly grateful!"
