"Great hotel and location when going to an event at the Canadian Tire centre. The only negative for us was that the mattresses were too hard so we woke up with sore backs both mornings. "

"Room was excellent. Staff was very friendly but unclear on pricing on long term parking and turned into negotiation for ratings instead of a set price. Airport shuttle was unavailable (full) and didn’t follow through on including or having a taxi available for my early airport departure. "

"This is exactly what you should expect. My only complaint is that the bed is too firm for me. Personal preference. The staff are delightful. The breakfast is absolutely worth attending. Great stay."

"20 minutes standing at the desk to check in. Credit card tap didn't work. Computer wouldn't code our room keys.... Room had no microwave. No way to boil/heat water for tea. TV very basic."
