「A very convenient location and close to VISP station (Banhoff). It is a good hub for going to Zermatt and other sight seeing point. The hotel allow me an early checkin that is amazing in Europe. Thanks to that. The room is neat and tidy with a nice balcony. There is construction work nearby and the hotel provide 3M earplug for us that shows the empathy of the hotel.」

「Historic wooden hotel that's on UNESCO list. I loved seeing how people lived, even though it meant going to third floor on an old wooden staircase. The rooms are so interesting, with a side room with a third bed reachable by a secret staircase. The food cooked at the restaurant was so good, traditional Swiss food. Very friendly staff, dressed in traditional folklore dresses.」

「酒店位於Lauterbrunnen站附近，坐火車停站前已經可以望到。走路大約5-10分鐘路程,有斜路、樓梯，但也算輕鬆。酒店職員友善，英文不錯！我的是山景房間，雪景很美。旁邊是到Mürren 的cable car ，上到去可以看到007的取景場地雪朗峰。雖然旁邊是纜車站，但噪音也不大，關了窗就沒有聲音。」

「The location is not very good, it takes about ten minutes to walk from the train station. But the environment in the hotel is great, I get what I have requested To sum up, this is a pleasent experience」

「This was a lovely hotel. They do most of their business during the skiing months but we went in the summer. The views were amazing and they recommended the lift to the glacier at 10,000 feet. Amazing! The staff is super friendly and helpful...especially one young lady that's been there a couple of years (blonde curly hair, sorry can't remember her name).She helped us with reservation choices, bus schedules and even got a a 50% off fair for the lift. 」
