Nice and helpful staff. Easy check in and out. Minutes walk to Ximenting and local transport. Sushiro and 7 Eleven downstairs. Very cold air con and very hot water shower. The hotel supplies you free bottled water as there is no water dispenser. No microwave oven but this is not an issue. You can heat up your meal from 7-Eleven. Availability of coins laundry if you need that.

Room was quite spacious and quiet. Beds are hard but this is normal for Taiwan. Location is very good with close access to metro stations and various restaurants within comfortable walking distance.

This was a nice hotel in Taipei. It's only a few minutes walk from Ximending and the MRT. The breakfast was very nice, but I preferred walking to Ximending and ordering breakfast from the local street vendors. The room I stayed in was neat and clean. Most importantly, the air conditioning worked great! The staff was always friendly and the front desk clerk gave us several suggestions to great local places to eat. When I come to Taipei again, this property will be on the top of my list to stay.

While we had some small issues with our room that is not notable, the staff, specifically Spring Yu, has provided us with much help and great service that has not only resolved our issues, and elevated our stay to a memorable one.
