「Let us check in early, kind staff」

「We were welcomed and showed where to park. Went in and the lady welcomed us and showed us around and then took us up to our room.. A beautiful place all round. Spacious, clean and well lit room with tea making facilities (which we appreciate so much). Comfortable bed, nice shower and very yummy breakfast. We will definitely stay here again should we come back to the area. The couple are very nice people.」

Matt and Helen were superb hosts—warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay, their attention to detail is second to none as everything you need is provided. 「The host was friendly helpful and I had an enjoyable stay. Welsh breakfast was delicious and of high quality. Bedroom is spacious and comfortable. It is a bit away from the castle but 10 mins walk from pubs and restaurants so it is quiet at night. Host was helpful in trying to get me a taxi for Sunday which was a bit of a chaos. If I pass by there that would be the place I stay.」

「Excellent friendly hotel. Ample parking, clean and comfortable rooms. Restaurant excellent. Owners are very friendly. Nothing too much trouble. There was a minor set back with checking in. Check in from 4 but door locked. It was a little frustrating as I’d been working all day but wasn’t waiting too long. Hopefully was a one off as I will be surely checking in again when I’m in the area. 」
