「Stay wasn't so good, small beds and wall are very thin, you can hear your Neighbour. 」

「The room was spotless and very comfortable. The establishment is very user-friendly and meets all the needs of guests. The staff are friendly and very helpful, which makes your stay so enjoyable. The food is divine and prepared on time as requested. We will definitely visit again and it is perfect for an overnight on your way to other destinations. 「Mold around the bathtub, cockroaches, spiders and moths in room, main TV did not work, missing light bulbs/various different light bulbs, asked them to change and also install where missing. Pool was dirty, debris in pool and a chair, mattress was very hard and uncomfortable, the safe did not work, offered us a free breakfast due to the cockroach issue. Staff was the only good thing. Definitely needs refurbishing.」

「We were blown away by the accommodation. The first thing you encounter on arrival is a massive indoor pool of Koi (I guess that’s in the name!) The luxury and beautiful atmosphere continues as you explore the property. We would have gone swimming but the weather was a bit nippy, the breakfast was lovely with different menu each day - oh and the muffins… Le-Anne was so welcoming and made us feel at home during our stay. Rooms were clean and comfy beds made for a welcome rest. 」

「Great hotel, although the area is not safe to walk. Use either Uber or tour pick up. 」

「My Standard size Ford Ranger would not fit in the garage and no other secure parking available. I had to park the vehicle side ways to get it in. No back up power to deal with load shedding. the floors were not clean. Never again」

「The room was clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety.. I would definitely recommend this for anyone.」

「The picture looks better than the real thing. Everything in the room was old and it's quite cool to be stay in winter even the heater is on. The shopping centre is just opposite to the hotel and we had great fun there. But shops closed at 5 and supermarket closed at 6 in Joberg. So go out earlier . Staff is helpful. All in all, we just get what we pay for.」
