「La habitación limpia , las sábana de primera , hay agua caliente de sobra , el personal atento , la señora que atiene el bufet muy amable , la que limpia también muy amable se siente uno como en casa , la alberca limpia , solo me faltó disfrutar la tina de hidromasaje , que no estaba en función pero en general me gustó lo recomiendo ampliamente 」

「The room was spotless, the staff were very helpful in finding us bus connections to our next destination and activities in area. Breakfast had alot of variety, was served to us with a friendly smile and their cappuccino s were great, I could even have a second. Our room with a ocean view was worth it and the roof top terrace was great. The location is in a quiet neighborhood yet within walking distace of both Valpraiso and Vina del Mar if you are a walker or a 4000 peso Uber.」

「Fauna Hotel is located at mid-hill level of Valparaiso and visit to historic buildings can be done in foot. The hotel also lies in restricted area where large vans are forbidden to enter. Passengers and luggages have to be dropped off the main road and there is a distance of 10 min walk to move between the hotel and drop off location.
