「整體設備有點舊，但住宿環境是乾淨整潔的。飯店外指示標示不清楚，接送服務的司機也看不懂！飯店周圍有蠻偏僻，沒有便利超商。」

「房間化妝鏡有損壞沒有維修且每天的房間清潔並沒有統一的SOP，有時候忘了放擦手巾，有時候忘記放衛生紙，有時候忘記放廁紙，總是有東西遺漏，且房間內睡覺讓人身體發癢，不清楚原因是什麼，走廊及電梯內沒有空調，酒店外觀漂亮豪華但內部缺乏管理，希望可以改進」

「Overall is OK but noticed the air con units are very dirty that need maintenance to clear up all those dust which have came off too the floor. Air con is cold but it looks dirty and inhygiene.」

「Unfortunately the room was not very clean and the condition was poor. Cracks in walls, tiles missing in the bathroom, loose tap, damaged flooring. The location is fine as I just needed something close to Presint 18. Staff were friendly but incorrectly told me I needed to pay tourism tax and I was required to evidence that it was already covered by Expedia. I understand that power requires the key card but it's the first time this extended to plug sockets which meant my phone didn't charge while...
