「Booked online friday afternoon for a king size for the same night. I get down the road from the hotel around 4 to find a message on my Expedia account saying they are sold out sorry. Turns out they werent sold out when I booked my room, they gave my room away to someone who walked in and didnt tell me until 4. So if your from out of town, you might want to call to make sure your room wasnt given away before you get there.」

「The breakfast buffet was amazing. The pool was nice. It was very crowded as there was a baseball event and we ran out of towels every time we went. Our room did not get cleaned any of the four days we were there. We did set out our trash cans to be emptied after the first. I think the staff was doing the best they could to keep all the common areas nice and clean. I would suggest to put locks on the bathroom doors and to install fans in the bathroom. 「This was my second time to stay at the Tru in Milord, OH. The room felt clean and I love the scent of their lemon hand soap and body wash. I'm not a huge fan of their offerings for breakfast, but you can find something that you like well enough. I will continue to choose this hotel when I'm in town.」

「We wanted a budget-friendly place to stay in Mason that was clean, had cold A/C, and included breakfast, and this was exactly that! The building could use some updates, and the gym was limited with a few machines not working. The common areas and elevator weren’t well air-conditioned.
