「非常大的空間超級好的地點下次來倫敦首選」

「服務溝通都很良好，房間也舒服，唯獨覺得洗碗機和洗衣機有點太舊，洗碗機洗不乾淨，洗衣機烘不乾，希望能更新硬體設備會更好喔 地點有個缺點是附近酒吧餐廳多，晚上有點吵」

「地點遠主要景點不是太近，樓下有tesco是絕大優勢，有一位女職員很友善，另一位男職員比較欠缺耐性」

「Overall the apartment was lovely and everything that was advertised but I was really disappointed with the check in process as not told how to get into building/ into room until we called and they then an hour later sent a email saying that the room is open and key on table.」

「Great place to stay—location is fantastic, there’s a little stove/fridge/laundry which makes things so much more convenient, and it was a smooth check in. The only thing is that it was extremely hot in the rooms—I was there during a heat wave so it was understandable, but it was 33 degrees in the room which made it tough to sleep. They have fans, but the window only opens a tiny bit, so couldn’t get the cooler air in overnight. Being able to open the window more would help this a lot! Otherwise,...

「Not the most convenient location if you don't really know the way and followed Google Map's instruction after dark. It's actually so close to the river bank! Also close Modern Tate and Shakespeare's Globe. No cleaning / towel change service throughout our 4 days stay. Chic ambience and huge fridge was a plus though.」
