「The shower had many issues. The curtain had a stain, there was mold in the corner and the drain was extremely slow. At one point, I had to ask for maintenance to fix the button that switches it from faucet to shower mode as parts had fallen out. The parking structure was ok until I realized its $25 a night just to park there! What a rip off, the room price cant cover this?」

「Overall it was a solid hotel and the room was spacious staff were very friendly. The one very problematic piece was the rooms were not well insulated. We had difficulty sleeping well because you could hear tvs and voices in the surrounding rooms and loud footsteps from the room above ours. If the #1 goal of a hotel is a good night’s sleep, our family did not have that here.」

「It was a very well kept property. The rooms were clean and staff was hospitable. The only thing we would have liked that was NOT included was a continental breakfast. They did have a restaurant attached that served breakfast. It was just an extra expense we weren’t anticipating. Otherwise, extremely happy with our stay.」
