「We checked in at 11:00 PM, and the receptionist kept us waiting with our two children just so they could handle the next guest’s check-in. The staff member was extremely grumpy and barely responded to our questions, speaking in a very dismissive manner. While the beds were clean, the bathroom was filthy. 「The staff was great. There were a few concerns. 1. The floor was wet and appeared to have been flooded. We had to walk on towels the first few days. 2. Outlets didn't work. 3. One day the warm breakfast was closed because the warmer was broken. There were lots of other options but since I was only having protein, I couldn't eat anything but peanut butter.」
