It was desperation that we stayed we had been driving all day and it was late. Sheets looked clean but had stains on them. Will never stay here again. Front desk people were kind but that doesn’t make up for unmaintained facility"

"No. The pool had concrete and trash in it. I had to switch rooms because the air conditioner didn’t work and the elevator wasn’t working. This place should close and make necessary renovations!"

"The property is very rural and feels very safe. Parking is easy. The buildings are a little dated but well maintained. Everything was very clean and everything worked. The bed was comfortable. The room includes a coffee maker, a microwave, a mini-refrigerator, a large TV and WiFi. I particularly liked that the WiFi did not require a password. The large chain hotels and their password schemes usually wreak havoc with my employer's VPN requirement. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. If you have business in the Mineola-Quitman area and need a clean, reasonable place to stay, I recommend this motel."
