"To say that the photographs of the apartment were misleading would be a misuse of the term. Totally mis-representational would be more appropriate (it was a completely different space). On arrival, there was no-one there to give us keys and no-one answered the phone when we tried repeatedly to call. "Struttura grandissima e magnifica, con un sacco di aree comuni per sfogo. Palestra super attrezzata! Giochi disponibili per i bimbi super apprezzati! Camera grande e pulita. Unica pecca è la colazione che quel poco che è stato tirato fuori, era buono ma molto minimal e basico. Pane marmellate uova 1 formaggio 1 salume, yogurt latte caffè qlc brioscina e dolcetti al cioccolato. Minimal ma buona. Per la colazione mi aspettavo un pochino di più! "Being that my stay was in June, it was very difficult to find transport to and from without my own car. Limited front desk hours (ability to check in) also made this more difficult to coordinate. The beds/pillows were not comfortable, BUT, the space was excellent. I was there to hike and enjoy the scenery and I did. I'd recommend being there in July/August if you want more people and stores open, or as I was told, in winter, when there is a free shuttle going to other villages. Overall, I loved...

"The property was okay. After check out they didn’t respond to my email about returning my security deposit, and the transaction still shows as pending in my account. Not sure when or if they will respond. "

"The residence is in a quiet peaceful location reached via a windy hillly road. In the 4 nights we stayed in early September, we saw, from the large windows of our rooms, clear views of the hills and mountain, starry nights, misty cloudy views and even a lightening show. All spectacular. The two rooms were spacious enough and clean to our liking, affordable, the staff friendly and Chamonix a half hour drive away. "
